Hola beautiful light beings. This is Julia Carmen with The School Without Walls. And today I'm excited to welcome a longtime member of our community onto the podcast. Caroline's been working with me for some time now, and she's also invited her son, Byron, into some of our work. We have such an inspiring conversation today about love, the flow of life, and how the magical mystery of trusting yourself every about every four to six weeks we have Amazing, wonderful, awesome. Fantastic. Did I say amazing already? I sure did. Persons that come on to the podcast that have either hung out with us at the School Without Walls, been to our retreats, been to some of our programs, and today we have Caroline. We're recording all together today, but we'll be sharing these in two part episodes for all to Enjoy. Come on in. Caroline, how's it going?

Caroline Wang (01:16):

Hi, Julia. Yeah,

Julia Carmen (01:18):

Hi. Well, can you tell us a little bit about yourself? Caroline, who you be? Mama.

Caroline Wang (01:27):

Hi, Julia. Hi. It's great to be here with you. This is Caroline and I live in San Jose, California. Now. We moved from Shanghai actually from 2011, and currently I'm a leadership coach and before that I was doing HR internal human resources work. And I'm just happy to come into the word of the school without ORs. With Julia. I studied with Julia for seven. Is that seven years now? Yeah.

Julia Carmen (02:05):

Has it been?

Caroline Wang (02:06):

Yeah, 2016.

Julia Carmen (02:09):

It's been seven years,

Caroline Wang (02:10):

Yes.

Julia Carmen (02:11):

Ooh, Shias.

Caroline Wang (02:13):

It's been an amazing journey for me.

Julia Carmen (02:16):

And how did we meet?

Caroline Wang (02:17):

We meet on the writing retreat, Julia. Yeah, we both went to the Montana writing retreat and we met there about try to write our stories, try to learn how to really create a narrative. And then I met you there in terms of we got a bonding through the horse. Remember we do the touching the horse activity and you said something you cannot go because you actually is a horse whisper.

Julia Carmen (03:08):

I didn't go. I think everybody else went, but I didn't. The horses go, don't come. I go, okay.

Caroline Wang (03:16):

Yeah. So that's really makes me curious. There's a movie about horse whispers, but then I was like, wow, I met the real one.

Julia Carmen (03:26):

Yeah. What drew you to this work? What was the initial? That is great. Like, oh, okay. That was intriguing. Like, oh, wonder what she's talking about. Who's this lady talking about? She could talk to the horses.

Caroline Wang (03:46):

Yeah. So I think when I was at the riding retreat, it's really more about learning about how to write my own story, but behind that, it's something about an internal search to discover really who I am. So that's the thing. I was on the journey before I even go to that retreat and see you. And also that's one of the reason also why we left China to come to the US just to,

(04:30)
In a way for me, is there something more than a, so-called successful life, you got a good job, you got great education, you have a happy family, but still there's something about, is that it? Or actually there's more. So my traditional religion, not to say I'm part of that, but we Chinese, we believe in Buddhism, so there's this wisdom talking about the Samara word and also what's beyond that, the enlightenment. So I think I'm actually searching for that. What is my enlightenment journey? So that's where I felt like our path crossed in terms of meeting each other in Montana for that riding retreat.

Julia Carmen (05:32):

And

Caroline Wang (05:32):

That's what drew to your work after that. So you're definitely more than a horse whisperer, right? There's a part about the work you are doing related to my own soul searching. So that's what it all gets started.

Julia Carmen (05:54):

Yeah. Oh, that's beautiful. The one thing that I remember, if you remember the last night and the gal that was hosting it, now I don't mention anybody unless I asked them. I could mention them. So I'm not going to mention her anything because I don't have permission. And I remember that last night we were in that big beautiful yoga room, right? Because that place, actually, they closed it down. It was such a beautiful yoga room if you remember that place. And she asked us to write The Reason we are writers. And I remember mine and just sitting there and that's where that first, where I was able to write it down, so the school without Walls, right? And then I wrote down, I write to, I should have memorized, but I write to walk in both worlds, teach in both worlds at the same time. Something like that. And right after we were done with the closing, you came up to me and said, what are you talking about? Do you remember that? You said, what are you talking about? Walking in both worlds. And so that's what you just explained. Yeah. That was my thinking when I thought, when did I first meet Kara at the writer's retreat? Oh, I remember that. I remember her saying, whatcha talking about lady? You didn't say it that way. You did not say it that way.

Caroline Wang (07:23):

Yeah. I'm really curious because I think the first time probably I heard about walking both words, I was wondering, what's the other word than just this secular word.

Julia Carmen (07:39):

So miha, people will hear, and I've mentioned that with the other podcasts, they'll go, wow, that's a long time to hang out with somebody. And I didn't realize it was this again, didn't realize the length. Yeah. And that's what brought you to us. Share with us what did you expect, I guess, or not expect? And what did you receive?

Caroline Wang (08:03):

Actually, I don't know what I'm walking into, Julia.

Julia Carmen (08:07):

Oh, I didn't know that. That's a good one.

Caroline Wang (08:12):

Yeah, I really don't know. But there's the intuitive thinking of there's something there that we're pursuing after. So I went to your first Hawaii retreat in Big Island, and that's kind of my first experience with this community, and it has been magical, magical, magical, magical. You remember, actually, I had a poem before I went to that retreat, which is about the mirror,

Julia Carmen (08:49):

My favorite. Oh, I'm going to interrupt you. My favorite, favorite poem. And Caroline, whether you say it here, maybe you'll share it here or we'll definitely have it in the show notes or we'll have it somewhere. Actually, we did do a newsletter on it, a blog on it, but we will read. Okay, my most, Caroline's a very prolific writer and poet, and I want to just say that. And that one there is the favorite one. Amen. Go ahead.

Caroline Wang (09:26):

Thank you. So I wrote that poet after going to the writing retreat. It's almost like that poem came to me in terms of my own soul searching. And then I went to your retreat that same year in Hawaii without expectation as I was saying. And the moment you are giving us tasks to do our own own self meditation,

(09:56)
I remember I just see the flying fishes coming out of the ocean and there's three groups of them, or they jumped three times in three groups. I was like, what the world is about? What's happening? What is really going on here? I've never seen anything like a group school of small fishes that are just flying over my face in those circles. Like beautiful coming from one end the pond to the other. It's not a pond, it's the ocean, but get divided to have those small fishes grow there, right? That's the Hawaii thing I remember, and I was astonished at what I saw,

(10:45)
And that's the starting of this magical journey with you. And by the end of this retreat, I'm just making the connection of my poem with the flying fishes there. Oh wow. Because in my poem, which is about soul searching in terms my inquiry of can I see my soul, can that be free? Like fish splashing out water as free as it is. So that's where I'm, oh my God, this is the place for me, this is the soul searching journey because nature or universe is just talking to me in this way through my poem, through me making a connection of both words. At that moment in the retreat, it's beyond my imagination. So I have a hard time reckoning with it, but in the end I finally was like, yes, this is the message

Julia Carmen (11:55):

That's beautiful. And you're talking about kapoho, where we were, and that's no longer there. The volcano took it in, I think 2018. Yeah. So it's all gone. But in that, I mean gone, meaning the volcano went in and did its thing. Wow. Yeah. I forgot about that. That is beautiful.

Caroline Wang (12:25):

Yeah. That's where we started and there's, then it just unfolded itself. I was like, okay, I know I'm on the right path and let's just continue have fun. There's a lot of fun in the work we do, right? It's serious work. Like so searching, oh my God, it's serious. But at the same time, Julia, I felt like we had so much joy, laughter in every time we're together. So that's super precious, right? Yes,

Julia Carmen (13:00):

Yes. Totally. Very super precious. Yeah.

Caroline Wang (13:03):

Yeah. Super, super precious. And I finally got to understand of the walking in both words, the inner knowing within ourselves is the path you are leading us with, right? Yes. Our so self, the knowing within which is really profound for me as a self searching journey. So the evolvement for me over the seven years as I'm reflecting, is I found self-love through really experience the unconditional love from the universe. Through that I found self love, and now I'm on the journey of really trusting self trusting of my own inner wisdom. And that inner wisdom is really related to the so self, the inner knowing of myself. So it is, that's why I'm still here,

Julia Carmen (14:24):

And

Caroline Wang (14:26):

It's a continuous journey. And there's more, I'm just discovering about the capacity of me, and also because I'm a coach, I'm excited about the possibility for others as well. And this is like I'm doing my work and I'm excited of what my work on myself could benefit more people that I'm going to work with.

Julia Carmen (14:56):

Exactly. This is a question I ask everyone, and I'm cheating a little bit. I kind of know the answer. I do know the answer. But are you going to duplicate yourself as another Julia?

Caroline Wang (15:11):

No. No.

Julia Carmen (15:12):

Right. This is Caroline's show, right? Yeah. No, seriously, right? Yeah. This is about you being you, right? Yeah. Yeah.

Caroline Wang (15:22):

And I think that's a great, great question is why also here is the journey with you is very self customized in a way. It's like everybody is at a different point of their life. Everybody may serve something similar, but they have different ways of getting to what they want. And somehow, I don't know you how you do it, but what you are providing is really something very special for each one of us. That's how I felt in going to each retreat. There's no kind of set thing to learn. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, then you're done. Nothing ever like that. At first, I was also like, oh, why this is so loose? What's the agenda? Why are we going

Julia Carmen (16:24):

My, I like, yeah, Caroline, the busy mind going, no, really, seriously, why is this so loose? Is she all over the place? It really does look like that. It does. I'm like, how do I get across to folks that there is a pass? And we all don't know it yet, but when we reach it, we'll know it.

Caroline Wang (16:48):

Yeah. So it's a mystery, right? It's a mystery for each one of us. Exactly. And somehow you are able to just give us the what we really needed, very, very differently. But then we can go where we want to go, and we feel this is so right for me. So I definitely now just trust whatever Julia is giving to me.

Julia Carmen (17:20):

And then, but you hear, because it's coming from your, we talked about this at one of your sessions, right? That is there's a, or I said it with somebody, there's a channeling, but the channeling is not like how the over culture thinks of channeling. The channeling is from the great I am, I'm going to start crying again. The great I am, that's where the information's coming from, and the channeler, whatever the vessel, the message is only as pure as the person, and I'm saying pure. So if I'm not all there, I'm busy minded, it's not going to happen. It's going to be a lot of fuzz. So the importance of the work that we do together is that the channel or channeler, which I'm one of the channels, and then all the channels, the community, right? When it's pure and it's moving, boo. Yeah, there you go. And it just, like you said, it's magical. That's the magic. So you're magic Caroline, right? Yeah. I'm not the magic. You're the magic. So it's looking and seeing the magic within yourself, within you, and then boom there. So it's a difficult thing to say, well, this is what goes on here. Almost sounds mysterious, but it's not because it's so individual.

Caroline Wang (18:45):

It's highly individualized. And also, and we know as you're saying, we just know what's right.

Julia Carmen (18:55):

Yes. You know what's right in that moment. Yeah. You'll go, just go. Because that's what it is. I mentioned it. It's not your truth or my truth, it's the truth. And when we hear truth, like pure truth from the great I am, it's like, oh, kaka, I guess I got to go. I need to walk that pass. And what you were talking about trusting.

Caroline Wang (19:22):

Yeah, the self-trust thing. Yeah. It's a big deal. It's just we have so much inner critics talking to us.

Julia Carmen (19:34):

Amen.

Caroline Wang (19:35):

Yeah. My message typically is a kind of sneaky voice in my head. You're not good enough for that, but everybody is going through that. So do you just follow that voice or you hear it and say, okay, I hear you, but I don't think you are right. Let me just go do it. So I've been able to create that space for me to pause and say to that voice to say, I hear you, but I'm just going to do that anyway.

Julia Carmen (20:22):

Yeah. You know what I love? I love one of the sayings that we've used a lot in the Mac class semester, alma class, and one the ego, which is that sneaky voice. I love the way you said that is a sneaky voice sometimes you go, what is that? When you said, I know, I got it figured out. I said, Ooh, tell us. Tell us. And you said, anytime that comes up, I just say, I see you. So it's acknowledgement that the ego's there. I see you. You're right there. Thank you for showing up. But you know what? Liar, liar, pence on fire, hanging on the telephone wire. Get out of here. Kind of deal. You don't say that, but that's kind what, yeah.

Caroline Wang (21:02):

But I think ego is something people talk a lot, right? And we are all struggling with ego, and it's not, I think your teaching is the ego is not a bad thing.

Julia Carmen (21:16):

No, it's not a bad thing. No.

Caroline Wang (21:18):

We need to be aware of it and knows how to work with it because it's so purpose to protect us.

Julia Carmen (21:26):

Exactly.

Caroline Wang (21:26):

Right. So it's not to just beat that, you go down or throw that away. It's really to know is that the right message for you at this moment? And have some space around it, not to be totally led by the ego voice. Another thing I love what you said is it could be good and bad. Both ends. Sometimes we're super proud of ourselves, okay, the word is mine. I can do anything I want. Sometimes we're like, oh no, I'm not going to be able to do that. I remember you said both are ego. So I think that's the wisdom everybody needs to know,

Julia Carmen (22:14):

Right? It took me a long time to understand, but when I was younger, I would like, oh, am I doing enough? Like you said, am I enough? Or whatever, whatever. And I didn't think that was ego, I'll be honest with you. And then my nonphysical peep said, excuse me. I said, what? They said, that is ego. That's information. Just because you're not saying I'm so wonderful, whatever. Right? It's all about you, me, me, me, me, me, me. Yeah. And so it keeps us when we're an ego too much. It's not a bad thing. That's why I love your saying. Oh, what you said was, I see you. Thank you for the info, but I'm going to go over here. I don't think you could, as long as we have a body, there's going to be some external internal sounds in our brain of some old belief systems. Basically what they are, some belief system that we bought into that as a child or whatever. I don't know. It's just their media, the media tv, stuff like that. We just go, oh, that's how I'm supposed to look, or that's how I'm supposed to act or whatever. Yeah.

(23:34)
Yeah. So can you tell us a little bit about the Mac class? What is the master honor class to you?

Caroline Wang (23:43):

Mac class? I have a very smart term on that. I just thought about it today. Oh,

Julia Carmen (23:49):

Did you? Right

Caroline Wang (23:50):

On. Yes. So my class to me is a monthly power station of love.

Julia Carmen (24:01):

I love that. Say that again.

Caroline Wang (24:06):

It's a power station of love that happens monthly for me. So it's like I'm a car, I need a few love in myself. I go to your Mac class and I feel so feared with unconditional love and self love and all that goodies. Then I can go to the word again.

Julia Carmen (24:33):

Wow, you shut me up, girl. That's the objective. If there's an objective me about the love thing, right? And there's only three folks. Each class only has three people and four with me, and that's it. So it's undivided attention for three solid hours. It does sound like a long time, but we get a lot done. We, and if love is what the power of thinking of back to the Future, the power of love, the song came into my head.

Caroline Wang (25:10):

Absolutely.

Julia Carmen (25:11):

Yeah. The flex capacitor, all that.

Caroline Wang (25:15):

Yeah. I think in a way, all your teaching is about love, right? Yes. How we really love ourselves, how we know we are the great I am, how we walk in both words, which is we can connect it to our soul self, which is bigger than what we see here, the physical self, and can just contribute so much more to whatever we're doing. It's really seeing the human experience as a whole, not as just what happens in the physical side of the world, but to really heal ourselves with love so that we're connected to our soul self. And being in this the great I am being like, God, God is walking upon us. Buddha is walking upon us with us, and we can be them as well.

Julia Carmen (26:28):

Yeah. Wow. That's beautiful. That is really taken back. I'm like, wow. Because the work that you're doing and continue to be doing in your work is you're building something, a coaching, I don't know what word I want to put there. I mean, your work is going to be called what?

Caroline Wang (27:01):

Yeah, leadership coaching. And I think everybody is a leader. Everybody who can inspire others, they're a leader in different ways in life. It's not position related. Everybody has leadership in themselves.

Julia Carmen (27:22):

Yeah. So what is your company going to be is called? I know it's already has a name, right?

Caroline Wang (27:28):

Yeah. It's called Flow Force.

Julia Carmen (27:30):

Flow Force.

Caroline Wang (27:31):

Force, okay. Force. So my thought behind this name is the flow of life. The life force within every day. I want that to flow freely for everybody. So I am using a Star Wars words like may your force flow. So it's not, may the force be with you, it's may your force flow. May your life force flow freely.

Julia Carmen (28:04):

That is way cool. That is way cool. And you are the wisdom teacher, right? That's what you Yeah. I love that. Everyone has wisdom within themselves, what they call innate wisdom. We're all born with innate wisdom, right? You could use that as, yeah. And so when I hear you say what you just said is that you're going to awaken or assist persons with their innate wisdom. So you're the wisdom teacher,

Caroline Wang (28:39):

Teacher,

Julia Carmen (28:40):

Right? To awaken that innateness in everyone that has the wisdom that is individual with each one. I love it. One of my first students, she's going to be on the podcast at someday, Julie Williams. She was my first student, and I didn't know for years exactly what she was going to do. It didn't matter. It was years later that I went, what do you do? And then she told me, I said, wow, that's powerful work. So the content of the work that you folks are doing, it's about energy and frequency and vibration. So when I see that, that's where you're headed, then whoa. Yeah, there she goes. Tap into that. Tap into that and come back and tell me how that feels. And then you come back and you say, boom. And I say, whoa, way. Cool. It's a dance of love, A love dance, right?

Caroline Wang (29:34):

Oh, I love

Julia Carmen (29:34):

That. Right. It's a love

Caroline Wang (29:36):

Dance. A dance of love,

Julia Carmen (29:37):

Love dance. Yeah. And the physical nonphysical, we're doing it anyways. We're walking both worlds at the same time. Why not be awake to them? Yeah.

Caroline Wang (29:45):

I think back to the idea of love, the school without us about, for me, I want to say that again. It's really the power station of love and the nonphysical word, this vibrations and frequencies, which was totally unfamiliar before I came to your school. And also, not everybody is sensitive enough to make their own connections. I think you have been the bridge and also you've introduced different ways for us to get in touch with that love. And one of the most impactful for me is the dragonfly cards.

Julia Carmen (30:38):

Oh, praise the Lord. I forgot.

Caroline Wang (30:41):

Thank you. Yeah, I really want to mention that. That has helped me tremendously in terms of understanding where loved beyond the love the universe is always having our back. So whenever I'm going to do something important or I'm going to an important trip, I'm just going to go to the dragonfly cards and put them out and just see what's the message there from the universe. And now I'm making sense of it. Right now. It's like they're all just love. They're all just different ways of love. Words from the dragonflies. Right? I know you channeled all of them. So I just went on the trip and I put four cards, Rambo Dragonfly, magical Wizard, dragonfly Crying, dragonfly Hall uk. Yeah. Stars of gladness and old Dragonfly Wise. So I just brought them with me, and I think they're right. It's like I just got a blast on my trip. And there's wisdom. There's so much happy moments. Stars of gladness and magical happens everywhere. And the Rambo colors just, it's just the faith in myself, the Rambo dragonfly. It's amazing. I find that's been so helpful for me. I don't have my own kind of connection into that nonphysical frequency kind of reading or reading, talk to horses or all that. But the dragon and fly part is a way for me to stay connected

Julia Carmen (32:41):

To

Caroline Wang (32:42):

The big realm of love and to bring those messages for me whenever I need it.

Julia Carmen (32:50):

That is beautiful, Caroline. Thank you so much. Yeah. This podcast is about dragonflies actually. And that is so true, what you just shared, because we're in a human realm of being, we need these angels, these dragonflies, I find that I need them. They're surrounding me all the time. And some people say, well, how do I use these dragonfly cards? You just heard how somebody uses them because a lot of the cards may call 'em, what do you call the Oracle cards? Basically that means any kind of cards. Yeah. There's always a direction on how to use them. And these dragon ies, they're like, I call the whales. They come in during their season and one person reads whales have a continual song. And the song is every year, it's not a different song. Scientists, you should think it was a different song. And I remember way back when I go, no, it's whoa.

(34:00)
One song. They've been here forever, like thousands of years. And so they come in and they're singing to the world. And so that's what these dragonflies are. So if you pull one like rainbow, if we really have an understanding of walking both worlds at the same time, then that dragonfly rainbow has a sound and goes out into the universal source of the all. Somebody else picks the same card one day, and it just adds to that song, song, song. It's a continuum. It just constantly adds. Because I asked my peeps, how do I write this down? They said, you don't just let everybody know that they're adding to the world song of these dragonflies. Isn't that something?

Caroline Wang (34:48):

It is. And also it's love. And also it's always pointing back to us, to you, to our inner wisdom. Right? I'm looking at the rainbow dragon and flag are now is all that you need is hope and faith in yourself. We bring to you your happiness in life. Your pleasure in life continues on your path of love and dream of your love of self. It doesn't talk about anything outside ourselves. It's always points back to inside. We have the love. Yeah. So I find that super a great reminder for me always. Yeah.

Julia Carmen (35:45):

Yeah. It's awakening that which is already, you said reminder the remembrance, right, Caroline, right Brian,

Caroline Wang (35:52):

Yeah. The remembrance.

Julia Carmen (35:53):

Yeah. Because that's what we're doing every day, is trying to get back to work, trying to get back to zero. Somebody says, what are you trying to do? And I'm going, trying to get back to square zero. What do you mean by that? I'm trying to get into the nothingness because my brain, like you were talking about Caroline earlier, the brain starts, the ego starts trying to protect us. So if we're making a big shift in our lives, whatever, which way we're doing it, our brain's going to go, oh, don't do that. And you're going, why not? Oh, no, no, no. You don't know what's out there. So the dragonflies are amazing to bring us back, to bring us back home through the dragonflies. I encourage everybody, when you have the cards, if you're going to get the cards or whatever, pull one, just pull one.

(36:41)
It'll talk story with you. Yeah. There's the podcast that I have weekly on every Wednesday. When you folks come out, it's going to come out on a Wednesday. I listen to the messages all the time, and I channel them. It's my voice. But I'm listening to the dragon fire, and I'm going, yeah, baby. Oh yeah, that's right. Give it to me again. I know it's my voice, but I listen to two or three times and I'm going, oh yeah, I really needed to hear that again. And then I start laughing because I'm going, Julia, don't you remember this? No, no.

Caroline Wang (37:13):

We're humans. Right? I feel Julia. That's exactly that. We're humans. We forgot. And we need the reminder from time to time. We just need to be really constant reminded that we are bigger than what we think.

Julia Carmen (37:33):

It's about you hearing your own voice, so that remembrance that you're loved unconditionally is always welcomed.

Caroline Wang (37:43):

I'm so happy I found this school. It has been really eyeopening for me to get into that both words, the nonphysical and the connecting to myself self, and really get into touch with the, I call it divine love. Everything about divine love. So I really hope more people could get in touch with that too, because we all needed that, right? In Buddhism teaching, the human life is suffering. It sounds daunting, but also it's true. We have much going on in our life, and the word is getting more and more complex. And there's so much conflicts out there in the word as well. And just even just living through a day could be difficult. Do remember, we're joking about my endless laundry

Julia Carmen (38:55):

List.

Caroline Wang (38:58):

It's like, right, as a mom in the house, why there's endless laundry. I need to go on an endless dish waiting for me to wash. It's like, no, life is hard. These are just small things, but it can be really, really daunting. And just knowing we're loved is such, and also, we have our inner wisdom that power to love ourselves. And if we can trust ourselves with that, the word would be so different. And I agree, that is just,

(39:49)
Everybody needs to know about it. We kind of get lost in the word now with all this physical word, but there's more people talking about non-physical, right? The spiritual, there's, every group has their own spiritual tradition, right? Through religion or other indigenous tribes and all that. But it's not taught enough for people or not enough people has really understand how important it is for us to walk in both words. So I really hope that your school could reach out to more people, or more people would be really attracted to learn about love. And not in a old religious way. But I also remember we talked about, this is the fourth way, the fourth way for people to find enlightenment, to find freedom in this life. It's a tremendous community. We, we just share so much together and support each other in ways. That is amazing. So yeah, I just wholeheartedly wanted everybody to know about this.

Julia Carmen (41:20):

Yeah. Not, but it's a constant. Thank you. Thank you so much. That is so beautiful. I forget, I dunno if I forget, but it's a constant remembrance. And you've been from day one said, oh, I wish more people, more people. And totally, yes. Yes, totally. Yes, definitely. And I love the way you said what you said, because what we were talking about earlier, we were talking about how everybody, and still is, they're looking for 10 steps or five steps or something fast. You look at TikTok, everything's super fast. And this is not a super fast thing, Caroline. You do other things too. So it's not, and I love that you do other things in the world to bring into your, what I call your medicine bag to, we won't go into all those other things, but you do. You go to this thing here and that thing there, because you listen to your own innate wisdom, your own soul self that says, Hey, this weekend over here in so-and-so, or this weekend over here, or week in New Zealand, that it's not a school without waltz. It is you and seeing that. Yeah. So that's what I love about this. You don't do 24 7 me or Wow, but it's this big huge no, sometimes people are like, oh, wow. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Caroline Wang (43:08):

It's not, it's not a cult, Julia, you're not building a couch here at all.

Julia Carmen (43:13):

A cult. Yeah. Yeah, we talked about that. No, I'm not a cult for sure. If there's a cult, I think we talked about that at one of individuals said, I think I have a cult in my head that tries to tell me stuff that I shouldn't be like, do this, Julia. And then I have to remember what Caroline said. I see you ego. Thank you so much for showing up, because that cult in my head sometimes takes me in weird places. Yeah. So no, no, no, no, no. Everybody's doing their thing out there in the world. And if you folks ask, Hey, I'm going to go over here. What do my peeps think about it? If you're on the fence about it, your folks will come up and say, no, don't do that. Or, yeah, that sounds like great more stuff for the medicine bag. This is the sole self. It's a remembrance. It's a remembrance of you, whatever it is, getting quiet enough to remember who you be in love. That's the big thing. Yeah.
